1. How do I speak to a Fill2ship Customer Service Representative about a product?

Fill2ship often has a customer service representative on stand-by waiting to talk to you or just a short email away. We encourage our site users to click our free online Live Help Chat icon. If an operator is available we can answer your questions immediately, otherwise you will be asked to leave your name, email address and a short message about your issue. Normally, you should expect feedback the same day from Fill2ship Customer Service Representative.

2. What kind of Warranty does Fill2ship have on the products its sales?

 

Future Now Industries (FNI) Product Warranty Details:

In accordance with the following terms and conditions, Fill2ship Pty. Ltds of Australia  35 130 055 051 agrees to repair or replace at our own discretion any FNI product that has been purchased in Australia from Fill2ship of Australia and this warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and material.

  • 1. Warranty Period
    • 1. The warranty period for your FNI tools sold by Fill2ship is 24 months from the date of purchase. This must be documented by an invoice or other proof of purchase, such as an emailed invoice provided by Fill2ship. Fill2ship maintains detailed historical records of all purchases and can only warrant a verified purchased product from Fill2ship.
    • 2. The warranty period for battery packs and chargers is 12 months from the date of purchase. This must be documented by an invoice or other proof of purchase.
    • 3. The warranty period for chucks, and collets is 3 months from the date of purchase. This must be documented by an invoice or other proof of purchase.
  • 2. This Warranty:
    • 1. Covers the Product only described against labour and faulty materials.
    • 2. Covers the replacement of parts and the repair labour used, for the remainder of the warranty period.
  • 3. This Warranty does not cover:
    • 1. If the Product is opened by a person other than a trained Fill2ship Authorized repair technician.
    • 2. If repairs are made or attempted by other than a trained Fill2ship Technician.
    • 3. Normal wear and tear. Parts normally subject to wear and tear such as carbon brushes, bearings, seals, o rings etc. should be regularly inspected so that the wear and tear on such parts do not lead to failure and damage of the tool. The tool should be inspected regularly for degradation before the product fails.
    • 4. Abuse, misuse, the subject of an accident, being dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or cold, improper maintenance, continued use after partial failure of the product
    • 5. Acts of God, that are in no way avoidable such as damage by rocks, debris, or damage otherwise to the product created by unforeseen mishaps.
    • 6. If the Product has been altered, incorrectly configured or operated, the subject of incorrect voltage/current supply or used with inappropriate accessories.
    • 7. If the Product is altered in any way or if the damage has been caused by any force majeure event.
    • 8. If the Product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s owners manual or guidelines as provided with the product.
    • 9. If the Product’s rating label, date code, or serial number, as applied by the manufacture, has been altered or removed from the product.
    • 10. To the repair or replacement of any consumables relating to the Product use.
  • 4. Liability: In no event shall Fill2ship Pty, Ltd. Nor FNI, or any affiliates, be liable for consequential, incidental or indirect damages or other losses or expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied whether for merchantability or fitness for particular use or purpose.
  • 5. Under this Warranty:
    • 1.The FNI product defects covered by this warranty will be repaired, during normal business hours by an authorized Fill2ship representative. Without cost to the owner for parts and repair labour or, at the option of Fill2ship Pty Ltd, will be replaced. This is at the discretion of Fill2ship Pty., Ltd.
    • 2.The owner is responsible at all times for freight costs and insurance costs if the Product has to be returned for repair/inspection to an authorized Fill2ship Repair and Service Location.
  • 6. For repair under this warranty:
    • 1.The owner must present the invoice or other proof of purchase to the authorized service centre.
  • 7. We reserve the right to update and ammend this warranty at our discretion.

4. How do I get spare parts for my equipment?

Fill2ship has spare parts available in many cases, however, if we did not have your part we would aim to help you get it at the earliest possible time and or suggest solutions for your spare parts.

5. What would be your recommended retail price for you products?

Fill2ship as a company has shied away from mentioning recommended retail prices, as a general policy. We aim to offer ultra competitive products based on both features and prices at the time of sell and generally believe RRP pricing can be deceptive. We urge all of our customers to shop and compare.

6. How much does it cost to ship the product to my house or place of business?

After first adding a product to your shopping cart then look on the upper right hand corner of any fill2ship web page and you will see a link to your "Shopping Cart". Click that link and proceed to the shopping cart page. On the shopping cart page you will have in the center of the page where you can enter your country, state, and postal code and the system will calculate the total shipping charges for the products in the shipping cart. Normally 3 options for shipping will be presented. 2 options for using Australia Post and one option for using Freight Direct.
